Breathe life into it
Easier said than done, I hear you think! And yes, you're partly right. As the years go by, we start breathing more and more superficially. That's because humans prefer not to start feeling. Feel? Yes, pain generally doesn't want to be felt by humans.
And breathing can help you to soften and melt it, so that you can enjoy life to the full again. That's ultimately why we're here on earth. To enjoy life. Even if we have to go through the dust first, we can then start to enjoy life to the full. To enjoy the little things in life.
Pleasure isn't always about grandiose things that require a lot of money. It can be as simple as your morning coffee or tea when you get up. Or a hug from your partner or child. A walk with your dog, for example, can be a lot of fun. And with a bit of luck, you can also enjoy your work.
So how can you use your breathing to do something about it? Simply observe your breathing, without changing anything immediately. Do you breathe high or low? Or do you breathe into your belly?
Because I often see and experience with my clients and course participants how difficult breathing is, I decided to set up a breathing program. One hour a week of online breathing with a group of people. Breathing to become and remain vital in life, whatever your age.
